I firmly believe that everybody stands to benefit from therapy. Over the years, I’ve suffered from burnout, anxiety, and diagnoses of Chronic Fatigue & Fibromyalgia. I’ve been in an abusive relationship, married the love of my life, and lost two daughters. I’ve rebuilt a life for myself in three different countries. I’ve travelled, loved, laughed, and lost. And I tried all manner of talking therapies before I found Cognitive Hypnotherapy. I’m not just a practitioner, I’m a client. I do this because I know it works, and I want to help others to find a way past their challenges like I did all those years ago.

 

Before training as a QCH Therapist and Coach, I spent 25 years working as a senior international manager in the design and entertainment industries. I have first-hand experience of the debilitating effects stress and anxiety can have on people. Not only can I relate to them, I can also equip you with the tools you need to prevent the disastrous effects they can have on your life.

 

I am so passionate about what I do because I know the transformative effect it has on people’s lives. I’ve experienced it myself, and now I help others to achieve it. Cognitive Hypnotherapy helped me to see my challenges in a new light and gave me the confidence to make the positive changes I needed in all areas of my life.
