Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a ground-breaking treatment that can be used to offer relief from both physical and emotional pain. In many ways, it’s similar to traditional acupuncture – but uses fingertips rather than needles.
This form of therapy works on the basis that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system. EFT works to release these blockages, allowing the problem to be released and move through the body.
EFT is a highly effective way of clearing out unwanted feelings, allowing people to let go of limiting beliefs, negative emotions, and pain associated with the feeling.
