a little about me
I firmly believe that everybody stands to benefit from therapy. Over the years, I’ve suffered from burnout, anxiety, and diagnoses of Chronic Fatigue & Fibromyalgia. I’ve been in an abusive relationship, married the love of my life, and lost two daughters. I’ve rebuilt a life for myself in two different countries. I’ve traveled, loved, and lost.

I am so passionate about what I do because I know the transformative effect it has on people’s lives. I’ve experienced it myself, and now I help others to achieve it too.
